At J2 Athletic Performance, we take the following specific steps to keep information safe:
All personal information is kept in secure filing systems and on a secure computer server, including Cliniko, our cloud-based note and booking system.
Our systems are password protected, and access is monitored and audited.
Access to the personal information we store is limited to those staff members who have a legitimate business requirement to use it, such as payroll and human resources.
How long we keep your information
We will keep your personal information for as long as necessary under the law or for the purposes for which we gathered the information. Once your personal information is no longer required, it will be destroyed.
All documents are destroyed using a documentation destruction service.
Access and Correction
You have the right to access or correct personal information we hold about you. To access or correct information, or if you believe we have breached the Privacy Act, please contact j2athleticperformance@hotmail.com.
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at: www.privacy.org.nz
